EzyFix Adhesive
EzyFix Adhesive is a solvent free cold hardening cyanoacrylate adhesive, which cures quickly by way of pressure and polymerises under humidity. EzyFix Adhesive bonds almost all commercial materials together and with each other including metals, wood, rubber, most plastics, ceramics as well as almost all synthetic materials. When combined with EzyFix Welding Powder, it can be used for bonding and filling tears, joints, cracks and holes.
Application (Adhesive Only)
The surface of the materials to be bonded should be free of rust, dust, grease and should be dry. On previously glued parts the old adhesive should be removed first. Dispense a drop or drops to one surface only. Apply only enough to leave a thin film layer after compression. Press parts together and hold firmly for a few seconds. Good contact is essential. An adequate bond develops in less than one minute and maximum strength is attained in 24 hours. Wipe off excess adhesive from the top of the container and recap.
EzyFix Welding Powder
EzyFix Welding Powder is a chemical weld for bonding and filling tears, joints, cracks, holes etc., in combination with our EzyFix Adhesive. For example:
Application (Adhesive & Welding Powder)
Either apply EzyFix Adhesive or EzyFix Welding Powder first. Please do not mix separately. The adhesive reacts with the welding powder immediately. Apply in layers of approx. 2mm and make sure that the welding powder is completely saturated with adhesive. Repeat adding EzyFix Welding Powder and EzyFix Adhesive if necessary. Blind off holes or corners with transparent adhesive tape. After hardening remove the adhesive tape and the material can be mechanically processed like sanding and painting after approximately 3 minutes. Note: To avoid clogging do not let the two tube tips get in touch with each other.
