Our LINOP dispensing equipment features compact, automated and computer-controlled dosing units, capable of providing the finest possible degree of control over the amount of adhesive you want dispensed. Versatile enough to be either controlled manually or integrated with your PLC, LINOP dispensers increase efficiency in any production environment. Fully outfitted, each unit is comprised of a central control station, a pressure pot featuring an empty alarm, a dosing valve from which the adhesive is dispensed and a footswitch for manual operation. They allow you to customize both the dispensing time (from 0.01 to 99.99 seconds, in increments of 0.01 seconds) and the pressure (from 0 to 2 bars) on any of our cyanoacrylate, anaerobic or UV-curable adhesives in viscosities below 20,000 mPa.s, providing ultimate precision to your application process.
